curiosités «photo» d'un dimanche

connaissez-vous les chimigrammes? eh bien moi non. et j'aurais bien aimé apprendre ça dans mes cours de photos jadis. développé par pierre cordier en 1956, cette technique demande à travailler directement sur le papier photo avec les chimies, et ce, en plein jour. j'ai bien cherché un petit film de démonstration, mais sans succès. à tout le moins, regardez la section «travaux» pour en voir plusieurs exemples, les résultats sont assez fascinants.

deuxième curiosité, elle aussi sur la photo. il s'agit d'un reportage photos sur l'amérique de la dépression (1939-1943).

«These images, by photographers of the Farm Security Administration/Office of War Information, are some of the only color photographs taken of the effects of the Depression on America’s rural and small town populations. The photographs are the property of the Library of Congress and were included in a 2006 exhibit Bound for Glory: America in Color.»

nous voyons souvent ce genre de photos en noir et blanc. en couleur, les contrastes sont forts et on distingue une multitude de détails.
